Address: 6950 Indian Creek Drive, Miami Beach, FloridaDescription of Project: A two-story building constructed of concrete block and masonry with steel trusses under a concrete tile roof. The exterior is covered with decorative limestone slabs. The building includes meeting rooms, a half-court basketball area with a wood floor, a large meeting space with pews and rostrum area, and a thirty five foot prefabricated steeple. Site construction consists of a new seawall, pilings, paving, drainage, and site lighting.
