Description of Project: Project was the complete demolition of an existing medical facility and re-built into a lasik eye center. New center consisted of 4300 square feet and was equipped with two complete operating rooms, a lasik eye machine room, four restrooms, a nurse's station and a six bed recovery area.

Reception area and the Lobby are at the main entrance and had all new Travertine marble floors installed. Extensive cabinetry and millwork was done throughout the facility.

New utilities installed were a complete heating and cooling system, a medical gas system, nurse call system, fire alarm system and the facility has a completely new fire sprinkler system. A 100 kW generator was also installed in an outside enclosure, to serve as a complete uninterrupted power source in emergencies.
