Description of Project
A single-story building constructed of concrete and masonry with structural steel and metal deck. A lightweight concrete and built up roofing system complete the enclosure. The exterior walls are finished with stucco and EIFS system in a simulated travertine stone finish to match the existing building. The interior consists of offices, pain rooms, nurse’s station, reception and locker rooms. Mechanical and electrical consists of medical gas, plumbing, chilled water HVAC, fire alarm system and electrical systems. All work performed to AHCA specifications and inspections. Project had Three Phases: Phase One-New Addition, Phase Two-Lobby Alteration, and Phase Three-Interior Functions Alterations.
